Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Submission
On delivery day the sold-vehicle invoice and the PDI record still have to be uploaded to the manufacturer. It is the last task on the busiest day, so it gets left for tomorrow, and tomorrow there are three more. Units sit unsubmitted against claims nobody has thought about yet.
